		<description>Oh, yeah, this was supposed to be a &quot;weekly&quot; weigh-in--on Mondays. Oops. Forgot. I did weigh myself on Monday, though, and it was two pounds (and perhaps a tad more). I only have a scale with a dial and tiny numbers, so it&#039;s a bit difficult to know fractions of pounds. Heck, sometimes it&#039;s hard to know for sure whole pounds! Anyway, I weighed myself on Tuesday, and was down for sure another pound. So that made three pounds; and then this morning, it looked like it was yet another pound, so that makes *4* pounds. Woo-hoo! That jazzes me up, to see the numbers come off like that!</description>

		<description>Down another pound! My scale is not super-accurate--no digital display or anything--so it looks like it might be a fraction more than that. But I&#039;m so excited that I&#039;ve lost another pound mid-week! That means that I&#039;m on track to lose two pounds this week. I&#039;m down below 200 pounds. It still freaks me out to think that I weigh this much, but hey, I have to see where I am to know where I&#039;m going1</description>
