I’m calling this page the Happy Journal page because this is where you can write down little or big things you did today for your goal. For instance, today I went to my mom’s, and she always has a freezer full of sweets (cookies, brownies, pieces of cake, candies–I’d better stop!). Usually, I’d eat probably at least 5 pieces of something. I’d like to pretend I have more self-control than that, but I don’t. If I look for something in the freezer (as I did today for some chicken soup for my niece), I would usually get at least one piece, and very likely two. It’s so convenient–just bite-sized little pieces….that are full of fat and sugar. But today, I didn’t have anything sweet! Happy day!
