What have you done today? What is your exercise goal–to walk upstairs without being winded, or to run a marathon? Whatever it is, this is the place for you. Today, I walked on the treadmill for 10 minutes. I need to do an exercise video and will just have enough time for it if I start now. Fortunately, my computer is upstairs, so I at least get that little bit of exercise every time I get on the computer. But I have to be more focused and use more energy than that. I can’t run 6 miles a day like some of the people I know, but I can do something. It’s time to do what I can.
I’m so struggling. I was supposed to start my exercise today but I’m lagging on it. Any suggestions? lol. I’ve commited to doing 20 mins of energetic dance a day. This is a good start I think. I don’t have a gym near by, and the weather is freezing for outdoor sports. Anyways, see you tommorow.

Ok. I did my 10 minutes on the treadmill and my abs video today! Woo-hoo!
