I’m not a vegetarian. I’ll admit it–I like meat, and I’m proud! But meat is expensive, and I don’t think it’s the healthiest thing you can eat. Since Jan. 8, I’ve lost 7 pounds. That’s about two pounds a week. That’s cool! I can live with that! In fact, I will live longer now, statistically speaking. Kinda makes you think, doesn’t it? I’ll live longer, be healthier, and happier. Those are pretty good goals to have.
